We Accept All Charitable Donations on Behalf of Local and National Charities including “College Is Real”
With your help, we raise funds for local and national charities with 60% of our dedicated auction unit proceeds distributed to our sponsored charity, College Is Real, 20% distributed to Kure It Cancer Research (a nonprofit dedicated to providing direct and immediate funding to support research for underfunded cancers at leading cancer centers) and 20% to the Self Storage Association Foundation Scholarship Program.
The Oakley Gateway Self Storage sponsored charity is “College Is Real”, a not-for-profit charity, whose mission is to 1) change the college-going culture in the Richmond, California high schools, 2) to uplift the community by having more of its students, who are mostly low-income people, attend college, and 3) be the first in their families to graduate from college.
How it works
Simply donate your quality unwanted items at Oakley Gateway Self Storage and we'll give you a tax-deductible receipt. Items collected will be placed in our charity storage unit and sold at our next storage auction. The revenue collected from the auctions goes directly to College Is Real, Kure It Cancer Research, and the Self-Storage Association
